Lancaster New City – PRO-FRIENDS’ Greatest Community


Personally, I think PRO-FRIENDS’ flagship project is the Lancaster New City (previously Lancaster Estates). Don’t get me wrong, all of their projects are wonderful (which I have seen based on their website). But it’s just that Lancaster New City has the most convenient location when going to and from Metro Manila. LNC covers Imus, Kawit, and Gen Trias in Cavite making it very near to CAVITEX.

Apart from that, English-countryside-inspired Lancaster NC has grown so big that it is now a city. It has its own Lancaster Square, Church of The Holy Family, Leighton Hall, St. Edward Integrated School (supervised by La Salle), and SunTech iPark. The 6-hectare Lancaster Square commercial center houses Wellcome Supermarket, The Generics Pharmacy, Health Wealth Medical Specialists, restaurants, food stalls, and more. It also houses lifestyle stores. The Church of The Holy Family allows residents to delight in having a place of worship right where they live. Leighton Hall is where the community swimming pool, covered basketball court, event hall, and ballroom hall are found. St. Edward Integrated School offers education to both PCFI and non-PCFI residents. Students from grade 1-4 and from 1st year to 2nd year high school may attend. Finally, SunTech IT Park, the first IT Park in Cavite, offers BPO and call center jobs. It houses offices and commercial spaces. The said facility may be modern yet it offers the warmth of nature through its architectural and landscaped design.

Then, there are the affordable and beautiful homes available. The most affordable yet lovely and functional Alice house unit sells for around Php 870,000 only. The 40 sqm townhouse has living area, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, one bath, and a provision for garage (one car). The Catherine house unit sells for around Php 1,060,000. This 50 sqm townhouse has a living area, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, one bath, one powder room, and a provision for garage (one car). The Diana 2 townhouse sells for around Php 1,250,000 and it also 50 sqm in size. This 72 sqm single-attached house unit has a living area, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, two baths, a provision for garage (one car), and an option of family courtyard/family enclave. Gabrielle house unit is 84 sqm in size and sells for around Php 2,400,000.
