Shine bright like Lazada Philippines

I have a weakness for things free. I mean who doesn’t right? Especially when it’s handed over to you when you least expect it. Free frappe shots at Starbucks, taste tests of new products in grocery stores, and other means of getting anything without charge gives a guilt free sensation to the part of the receiver. But the best feeling among it all is being able to gain something for free that can last more than just a few hours in your stomach. In other words, free stuff that you can preserve and hold on to. Basically it is something beneficial but not edible.

Online shopping sites are popular for offering freebies that help them stand out from the rest. Lazada, an online shopping site popularly known as the Philippines’ Online Shopping Mall currently have several offered in their website.

A quick visit to the online shopping fad considered as one of the most prestigious e-commerce websites in the Philippines to date will surely make you want to go back for another visit. And not because they have they’re being promoted by your favorite personalities but plainly because their promos and freebies are too good to lose a hold of.

If you’re scared to take a risk on online shops, I completely understand. But with this particular industry going on for years now, a lot of things regarding its process have changed. For instance if before you can never access the whereabouts of your orders and solely have to rely on your direct seller’s reply for guidance, now, more appropriate and effective methodologies are being followed. This is in order to ensure that consumers are not deprived of their rights to protect their personal interests.

Lazada Online Shop promotes this specific consumer right by providing several services like a control number or job order number that allows the customers to view the current status of their order. Failure to dispatch the orders within the given allowable hours that are dependent on the date of purchase will entitle the customer and certain amount of gift certificate that can be used for future transactions. Another service they impose on all customers is the 7-day return policy. This entitles the customers 7 days to assess the overall performance of their order. In cases when the items are defective or do not follow the description specified on the website, the customer can return his order by shipping it to Lazada’s warehouse through any form of delivery service. The team in charge of examining the orders will then release a statement that will determine whether the product failure was the fault of the manufacturer/company/carrier or the customer. If the product is proven the liability of anyone other than the customer, a full refund including the delivery fee that the customer initially paid for the return will be given back in a form of a voucher.

There are a lot of ways to promote a website’s credibility but regardless how abundant the number of services with regards to reliability are, if the website is unable to perform their promised standard of service, customers will unlikely want to return for a follow up order. But despite the chance of this, it doesn’t mean there are no websites capable of providing good quality service.
