Lazada eliminates customer bias by offering outstanding services

There’s not a lot of websites you can fully entrust your funds to. First of all, people hardly take time to look for legitimate websites because of how time consuming it can be. Imagine narrowing down a million search results to one. It’s just too much effort and frankly, unnecessary. Good online sites are spoon fed to you on a regular basis. Anywhere you go there are websites of different kinds are advertised and marketed through different social mediums.

A good example of this is Lazada, an online shopping website that offers a wide array of products. And if I’m not able to stretch it enough, I mean wide. They have merchandises for both male and female, children to adults. Their promos are changed on a regular basis making every visit something to look forward to each time. But what makes this website in particular such a good deal is the fact that they offer security services. By security services, I mean promos or orders that are inclusive of rights that protect the buyers’ transactions.

They have Lazada Promise which eliminates customer bias. A customer can easily track the progress of his or her order by accessing it through his or her order number. The company promises to give its customers priority on first come first serve basis. If the company fails to do so and dispatch the order on the specific given time, the customers are then automatically entitled to a certain amount of gift voucher that they can use for their following transaction. The items must only successfully undergo necessary screening to help the company determine whether the item was really damaged even before being delivered. This is to protect both party’s interests.

The customers are also given access to the service hotline available daily even on holidays. Customers can state their concerns, questions or violent reactions to the agent on call. Their issues will then be dealt with faster making it less hassle on both parties. In addition to this, they have a 7-day return policy which entitles customers to a complete refund (gift certificate) if ever the item that was delivered was falsely advertised or damaged before the customer even got the chance to fully make use of the item. Unlike other companies that do not take responsibility for their badly made products, Lazada ensures its customers that all of their concerns are given its rightful attention. Customers are given additional warranty from the manufacturer of their order up to 2 years. It’s not so often that you get all this perks in just one purchase. Most of the time, you have to pay additional fees to be able to avail of such.

Clearly some websites make it a point to make their business credible and reliable in all aspects. Some websites take advantage of the innocence of first time buyers. This makes it a little harder for online buyers to decipher which websites are trustworthy from those that are not. Lazada Online Shop makes it undoubtedly evident to have excellent service that gives customers better peace of mind.

Lazada PH: Quality over everything else

Don’t let good promotion fool you. It’s not all glamour when it comes to putting up a business. Service after all is still the leading tool for measuring a website’s integrity. As a lot of you may already know, some websites win the hearts of its consumers through a popularity contest. Not that it’s wrong or anything of that nature but plainly because sometimes it overshadows the quality of the work put into every transaction. Of course a website properly branded seems a lot safer than the never been heard of websites. I just think it’s important to weigh things out and create the best of both worlds.
Lazada’s exposure isn’t as conceptualized as others but you can tell by its promos and website alone that its integrity isn’t questionable. The website alone can testify to how much effort was put into making it as user-friendly as they can. Search bars, top categories and other features make it a go-to website.
My first order from Lazada Online Store was an automatic digital steel microwave. I got one as a gift to my parents because growing up, I was the one who constantly made use of ours. Sometimes I’d heat my coffee and it would overflow inside leaving stains. Now, it just looks like someone puked all over it so it was about time we changed it into something that’s easier to clean up. I didn’t know Lazada worked but a first timer wouldn’t have a hard time manipulating the website. I signed up and if I remember correctly I got a free voucher for signing up to their newsletter. I don’t remember how much exactly anymore but I’m pretty sure I used it during the second or third time I bought.
Around the time I was only getting myself familiar with how the website worked, a lot of methods of payments were still available. I used the 7-eleven method where I only had to present the online receipt to the person over the counter before paying. I claimed the microwave at the convenient store a few days after. It wasn’t really a burden because the 7-eleven I paid at was right next to where my parents and I live. I had my younger brother to pick it up for me and since then, that has been my regular protocol when buying. Recently, the website changed their payment methods and I had to opt for another method than paying at 7-eleven. It was only then that I realized how a lot easier life could have been for me in the past if I chose cash on delivery. With cash on delivery, the buyer will be asked to pay during the actual delivery that will be addressed to the location of his or her choice. If I had taken the time to read all the options, I would have realized sooner rather than A LOT later that getting my brother involved wasn’t necessary. Some marketing ads forget to include important details and sometimes customers only rely on what they see firsthand. Apparently all along Lazada had the payment method descriptions available at the bottom of their page. Being a noob can be such a pain in the…

Lazada’s questioned credibility proven wrong by effective services

It’s not easy, but it’s not impossible. Gaining a person’s trust completely is like trying to get to the last level of candy crush. It takes a long time but every step of the way or in the words of the popular game, level, is worth the challenge. It goes without saying that the fulfillment one feels after a long and grueling process is incomparable not to mention very beneficial. The same analogy applies to a website completely encapsulating the loyalty of their buyers. It’s difficult but nonetheless not unattainable. Take Lazada for instance. It took a few bad reviews and whole lot of good ones to establish its place in the hearts of Filipino online consumers. Branding wasn’t a problem because besides the Philippines, they have created their own versions in countries like Vietnam and Malaysia to name a few. But what ultimately caught the attention of the online audience was their constant evolving into becoming one of the few trusted leading online shops out there.
Lazada is just a few weeks past its first year anniversary and already they have overcome all of the obstacles normal newbie websites go through. People have questioned their credibility and in return, this online shopping mall used these negative feedbacks as tools to better their service. In the past 12 months, they have come up with a more effective delivery service, a better return policy, and straight to the point methods of payments. The company launched their Lazada Promise campaign that enabled customers to monitor the pace of the delivery of their orders. A maximum of 24 hours for withdrawal from their warehouse was promised to the buyers. The company’s incapacity to do so within the provided number of hours that can be viewed online as well will automatically merit a customer a gift certificate that they could use on their next transaction. This bettered their relationship with their customers because this gave the customers a better estimate of how long they will have to wait for their order to be delivered. This strengthened the buyers’ trusts that in exchange helped in heightening the sales of the said company. Their return policy became more accurate and considerate giving the customer the power to voice out their concerns in a very civilized manner. This booming company also lessened the number of methods of payments they offered by focusing on the two general but functional ways known to mankind. Most buyers rely on cash or credit card based payments and the availability of more tends to overwhelm customers and confuse them. To be able to further provide excellence service, the said online shopping website emphasized on their methods, cash on delivery and credit card via either a MasterCard or Visa card.
There were more promos and campaigns that were launched throughout the year. Some lasted for months while others are to this date still active and available. Each time, Lazada Online Shopping Mall proved even more just how reliable and trustworthy they are when it comes to Filipino selling.

Awesome Wristwatches

Yeah, wristwatches may seem a little mundane. There’s nothing too cool about it anymore, right? Wrong! Some makers and creative thinkers are offering wristwatches and design ideas that would make consumers go “Wow!” Digital watches with added features, like alarm, backlight, waterproof, and shockproof, were once the hype. But now, the hype may be back but with a different kind of added features.

Here are some of awesome wristwatches and design ideas I found (on youtube) so far.

Apple iPhone Wristwatch – The video’s entertaining to watch. What more if you have the watch featured here?

Kisai Optical Illusion Touch Screen LCD Watch Design – Touch screen watch… just wow!

Ziiiro Aurora Snow – Another very modern-looking watch. Quite intimidating to look at, actually.

Touchscreen LED Binary Watch – Touch-screen again with a bit of a Tron feel.

Spy Watch – If other types of spy cams just won’t do.

Sauron Led Watch – Fan of LOTR? Then satisfy your geekiness with this awesome watch.

Who says your watch has to be ordinary and mundane? Catch anyone’s attention with these cool watches.

LAZADA continuously exemplifies their already good customer service

The number of people who know their name cannot define a company’s success. The same goes for online websites. If success can be measured by the number of likes a company has on Facebook then all actors wouldn’t have to invest so much on quality projects to attain a certain status in the show business industry. They can instead just spend on good marketing or PR work to increase the level of their success.

Success can be measured in all sorts but what truly makes a company or website successful besides profit is the company’s impact on not just its market but also everyone in general. If the company is able to touch the lives of many then they are probably speeding towards becoming successful in their field that will show in the number of sales.

I realized this because in the past couple of months, I have seen so many missed opportunities that might have been of big help to me. I see companies both profit and non-profit organizations create a business worth fighting for making me realize that a brand is just a name just given more attention than the others.

Lazada may sound completely foreign to you but it actually just celebrated its first year anniversary celebrating 12 months of growth internally and externally. A German company called Rocket Internet primarily owns it. It specializes on venture building online. It paid little attention on its promotional strategies and more on the services they can offer to their customers.

Have you ever encountered a website that allows a minimum amount of purchase, on Lazada’s case, P1, 000, to make a delivery free of charge? This very broad websites carries thousands of products that they get directly from the manufacturers themselves. They have two very flexible modes of payments to pave way for both cash and credit payers. They have a return service that allows customers to weigh in on the quality of their product up to 7 days. They have a department called customer service that can be contacted via phone. They deal with concerns, questions and violent reactions on a daily basis making it a lot easier for the customers to address their problems as soon as possible.

While other companies launch big parties with countless several endorsers, Lazada Online Mall takes a whole new approach by improving their systems and services instead. Though they aren’t as popular as the other online stores you read or hear about, this German company researched on ways to better their company’s portfolio that they use to outdo others. This is refreshing because there are still companies out there that don’t follow through to customers as much as they should.

If people never stray away from joining the bandwagon, society’s standards for quality will deteriorate making it very hard for companies that invest on service more to eliminate competitions that aren’t really out to serve the Filipino market. As much as I would like to think that the companies I used to look up to before are just as good as those that are performing well in terms of sales, it doesn’t really work that way anymore.
