Impossible is nothing with Lazada’s hourly perks- A Review

I get up in the morning extra early everyday so I can catch the news or blow some stream through running around the village. Nevertheless, I always wake up in time for breakfast because of the loads of paperwork I have to face the rest of the day from then on.  Today, my routine changed a little because when I opened my email, I got a newsletter from Lazada PH about someone winning an ipad mini and I totally flipped when I found out they were.

I found out from a newsletter from Lazada that they released an ipad worth less than 200 Filipino pesos. I thought it was a hoax until they released another email saying that what they formerly sent was legitimate. I also found a few moments after that an actual human being won the ipad. I am still in shock and I still can’t seem to wrap my head around the fact that there’s an online store giving out free Apple products or any products for that matter for more than 90%off. I can imagine having sales for up to 70% off. But never in my life did I ever witness for myself or experience a promo where a company gives out electronics like they’re candies given away during Halloween until I encountered Lazada’s recent promos. I can’t even imagine it being thought of because it just seems unwise. But for some reason, this very young online shopping website is making it work for them. And I am able to take part in this very rare opportunity. I can’t help but start believing that the end of the world is near because of these out of this world events happening around me. First, my five friends win a trip to Bohol, all expenses paid care of AXN and now, I get an official newsletter stating that someone has already won the cheapest ipad I have ever heard of put up for sale. Call me crazy but I just don’t think it’s normal. But regardless if I’m not the blissful kind a person has to be to come close to thinking it can happen to them, I’m trying my luck for myself. Well, it’s more of my mom tried out our entire family’s luck. My twin and I just arrived from Boracay and you would think our parents would give us a break, right? Nope. Instead, our parents wake us up past 9 in the evening and tell us to log on to Lazada and try to win ourselves either a new camera or a new ipad mini. Of course, we were completely hesitant at first because not only did they wake us up (we never  even sleep before 12 am so this was a big deal for us to be sleeping this early but they also told us an ipad mini was being sold for Php189.00. But because our parents sounded desperate over the phone, we did as we were told. As expected, we didn’t get anything but parents would still have their noses on their laptops hoping they’d get the next best discount deal.

Lazada’s Reliability is Off the Chain- A Review

Online shopping is slowly and steadily being adopted worldwide and the Philippines is definitely not going to be left behind. A gallimaufry of online shopping websites has sprung up like wild shiitake mushrooms after a hard downpour and one of those websites is lazada Philippines  . This increase of online shopping websites can be attributed to the exponential increase of internet users not just in the Philippines but all over the world and even though some anecdotal statistics reveal that internet shopping represents a small part of retail sales in developing countries like the Philippines, it is still heading towards the direction of drastic growth. Online shopping is definitely going somewhere and it is going there like Flash Gordon on steroids. Given the broad spectrum of online shopping website options, comes the question of reliability. Like how would an unsuspecting newly converted online shopper know that he or she is dealing with a reliable website?  There is a whole laundry list of criteria that a smart online shopper can go through to make an informed decision on which they can trust. I am going to share those reliability criteria that you should look for and that I also found when I was doing research about Lazada Philippines.  Here are just some of them:
#1. Google the name of the online shopping website and check out if there are reviews and forums where the online store is being discussed. Those forums have real respondents or real customers that may already have and experience with the particular company and can be a trusted source. It’s obvious that if the feedback is mostly positive then it could be a website that you can probably make purchases from safely.
#2. Observe the merchandise or items posted on the website. Check if they are moving, meaning if they are selling. Check if the stocks are updated if not regularly it should be periodically. That is an indication that a lot of shoppers are buying which means that a lot of consumers trust the website. That’s a plus on the reliability meter.
#3. Get on the online stores’ mailing list. Most websites will have a form that you could fill out with your email address so you receive updates. A legit website will usually send their customers regular updates about promotions and new products.
#4. Call customer service. This is a no brainer I think. If no one is picking the phone up then something is probably amiss there.
#5. Scrutinize the product description of the items. Check if they provided enough information about the product being sold like specs, dimensions, sizes etc.
#6.Review the available payment options. A good shopping website provides their customers with a variety of ways to pay. I don’t know of any website currently that has credit card payment as the only option to pay.
#7. Lastly, look around the website for a seal of approval from a known payment industry certification council like PCI-DSS (Lazada is PCI-DSS certified) a payment security standards council which guarantees that a website is free from security vulnerabilities.
Like what I have said, I have put Lazada through these tests and it aced its way through which means you won’t need to look further for proofs. I did it for you. Go ahead and start shopping because Lazada is as reliable as your favorite bank.

Lazada Delivers the Right items all the time and on time- A Review

When it comes to fast and accurate item deliveries , I only know one local online shopping website that could pull it off and that is Lazada Philippines . Today I am going to drop in my two cents on their delivery process, their policies and procedures including returns plus some smithereens of information about the courier that they are working with and a menagerie of helpful stuff to make your Lazada.com shopping experience a real tour of pleasure. But first let me share an anecdotal account of my previous experience with an international online shopping website, this was way back when there are no online shopping websites in the Philippines.

I am sharing this just to illustrate how important it is for you to be dealing with an online shopping company located that is located locally just like Lazada.ph. I am very fond of collecting sneakers although my interest is probably not going to make it yet for me to be called a Sneakerhead or imeldific (oh I just drop that word in just for the heck of it because I haven’t heard that being used for quite some time now, I know it does not quite fit in the bill especially if we are talking about sneakers and sneaker love in the urban sense) I mean I love buying shoes because I love wearing different pairs all the time and that is what draws the line between  me and the proper Sneakerhead. The proper sneakerhead acquires shoes just for the pure gratification of owning a unique pair or a limited run. The real Sneakerhead might wear his collection but not for functional reasons. I am on the opposite end of the table, I buy kicks and I use them. I am into a lot of sports so I get to use my shoes a lot. They don’t gather dust and molds on the shelf. I make sure that I squeeze out every ounce of usefulness from the shoes that I buy. I literally wear them until they are dead. Going back, I ordered a pair of Tennis kicks off a popular international online shopping website. The brand was like Adidas or Nike. Before check  out, I scrutinized all the picture views available just to make sure that it is really what I want and when I was selecting the size from the drop down menu, I stared at my choice for a good 20 second to ensure that I selected my proper size which is size nine. I even took a screenshot of it for reference. So after a month of waiting, the package arrived at my doorstep and upon checking, my eyes lit up in disappointment as I see the number eight on the size tag, which means that the shoe isn’t going to fit because I am size nine. I never had the audacity to complain since it was very difficult to get in touch with them because they are located international. Now fast forward to the present, Lazada Philippines is in our midst. Lazada ensures that the correct item is delivered to you all the time. I know because I have ordered from Lazada numerous times.

They don’t fail and if they do because of some inevitable situation, they are always quick in resolving any issue when you call their customer service. The deliveries are always timely because they are partnered with LBC which is a very reliable and household name in the courier shipping industry. Lazada also offers free shipping available and accepts returns for up to 7 days from the receipt date which is pretty standard.  Their shipping time frames are also fast, if you are in Metro Manila, you’ll get your order in just under 5 business days and if you are located outside, that’s 5-10 days. Not bad right? It’s really great that Lazada’s delivery process is this good because it is one of the things that shoppers look for in an online shopping website. I am glad I discovered Lazada because they sure can deliver.

RELIABILITY at its best at Lazada Philippines- A Review

Anyone who isn’t as rich as Donald Trump or Oprah Winfrey would feel giddy about hearing the word ‘FREE’. It’s so hard to buy anything affordable today that are of good quality. It’s always either it’s cheap but can get easily broken or long lasting but expensive. Consumers drool over the word freebie or Buy 1 Take 1 because it gives us a sense of relief that we’re getting more than what we paid or bargained for. One of the online shopping sites in the Philippines that are making a buzz in the e-commerce industry is Lazada Philippines

They are one of the few sites that offer free delivery anywhere in the Metro Manila vicinity and in specific locations all over the Philippines. They also have daily and seasonal sales up to 90% which make each visit a new whole experience. I can’t imagine actual stores in established malls offering these kinds of promos on a regular basis. I guess that would defeat the purpose of them pricing their clothes at an above average pricing range. There’s so much about Lazada than overwhelms me that can get me talking for hours. But I can be really pessimistic at times and I’ve always seen the whole idea of getting freebies too good to be true. It’s like, I’m already paranoid as it is but for some reason, I always put myself in a situation where I would get even more worried about the simplest things. I have been able to buy from them twice already and everytime, I am tempted to buy everything I get my eye on. I have this habit of always following up with my order/s that’s why when I started buying online, my obsession over calling customer service or emailing them worsened. If it were in a real store, they would have probably slapped me in the face and dragged me out. I overanalyze and overact about anything that I lose control over which makes online shopping an even scarier experience for me everytime. But for some reason, I always end up buying something from online stores. I remember the first time I ordered from Lazada. I bought suede blue flats and school was only a few weeks away. Since I can get a little obsessive compulsive, right when I ordered, I already pictured all outfits that I would wear with it. I was always calling customer service. If I wasn’t busy nagging them on the phone, I would be online chatting one of their agents. If it weren’t for their nice employees, I swear I would be either dead or banned from calling them. I can picture my number being blacklisted for being too annoying. I’m glad that there has never been any bad experience with my previous transactions. Hopefully, the luck would carry on and I’d stay satisfied each time. I don’t think being careful is a bad thing. I always try to look at things in a whole different light as if I’m the only one sane in the whole picture. Obviously, I’m not.

Lazada Philippines Review: Impressive Delivery Details and Policies

Online shopping involves a couple of risks. That is especially true when it comes to shipping and delivery. As someone who buys stuff online, I am well aware of those risks. That is why I choose my sites wisely. And among those included in my short list of online shopping sites is Lazada Philippines.

Impressive delivery details and policies

This site has had successful operations in other Southeast Asian countries like Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, and Indonesia. But it has just launched its operation in the Philippines. Given that, I think it would be safe to say that it is still adjusting to the particularities of the Philippine market.

But in spite of that, I am very impressed by how efficient this site is. In terms of delivery, I have not encountered any problems. In fact, I like the delivery details and policies of this shopping site. Let me share with you some of the reasons why.

Free shipping... anywhere in the Philippines

For one, this site offers free shipping... at any point in the Philippines. This is definitely a rare deal. I have been buying a couple of things online and browsing through a multitude of sites, but it is very infrequent that I see offers like this. The fact is, it is a common practice for online shopping sites to charge shipping fees. The rates go higher as the distance furthers.

But that is not the case with Lazada Philippines. Here, shipping is free regardless of where the items will be delivered. Whether the delivery address is in Metro Manila, Luzon, Visayas or the farthest tip of Mindanao, the package will be delivered right at the doorstep free of charge.

So in the end, not only am I able to cut on the costs of the items because of promos and discounts, I am also able to save on the shipping fees. Hence, I am better assured that I am getting great deals and the best value for my money.

LBC

Another factor that I love about this site is that it has chosen a very credible partner for its delivery—LBC. This is the top courier service in the country. In fact, it is known for its secured and prompt deliveries. So far, it has lived up to that promise and all my deliveries arrive as scheduled, if not earlier. Plus, I can also monitor the items I purchased. All I have to do is call up the site and ask the customer service representatives about my package. From my experience, they have always been very helpful and courteous.

At the same time, the items are well taken care of so I can be at peace that the items I purchased will not be damaged during transportation. The products are placed in bubble wraps. Plus, there is also an additional blue-colored special wrap bearing the name and logo of Lazada Philippines. Hence, the items are totally secured from dents and other defects that may be incurred because of the bumps and bounces during shipping.
